Nope, not at all (that sounds like a laptop-specific
activation combo?), but, the s-video's working at the
moment, it's just it's cloning the PC screen rather
than giving me a separate output.

An update:
I downloaded the kernel source modules from the main
Dyne website, and the latest NVidia binary driver
installation (100.14.11), logged out of X and into
commandline as root, and managed to install the
drivers.

All was going great, the NVidia configuration tool let
me set the TV up, things were looking *excellent*,
except the TV was in NTSC by default and I'm in the UK
so I needed PAL which is a xorg setting.

I set this, rebooted, and logged into my PC with my
dock and my nest activated and everything I'd
installed before the reboot for the NVidia drivers was
lost.

Does anyone know what I was doing wrong here at all,
and why my changes with the display driver were
flushed on reboot even though I was docked on the
harddisk and running a nest?
