The basic tools are there, dpkg, dselect, but one cannot use them the way the
thing is configured.

Tried to install apt. Downloaded the .deb. Dselect wants all kinds of default
options. Dpkg could not "treat" the file for a number of reasons.

I would like to get openvpn going, for example. How does one install things
"the debian way" on this distro. There is, of course, an ample nest.
