Cool. thanks for the info. As long as I'm not losing
any functionality by running 2.1 then I might as well
stick with it since it boots with no problem.

I do have another question though (and this might be
better in a new thread). I tried nesting 2.1 on my
hard drive but it doesn't seem to pick up any of my
desktop settings. I'm pretty picky when it comes to
how I like my desktop and it's a pain to have to reset
all my prefs when I boot. It does detect the nest and
asks if I want to use it so I tell it "Yes" but when
it starts X none of my personal settings are there.

Any suggestions?
