Technically, yes it's possible.
Once you've downloaded the iso, you could boot it under Qemu, using
qemu -cdrom dynebolic.iso
This will boot dyne:bolic and allow you to copy the /dyne to your hard
drive.
If your distro doesn't currently have Qemu, you can get it from
http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/
