Hi, free brothas & sistas

No free hardware available yet, unfortunately... got to start thinking
about making some. In the meantime, I got myself a Roland Edirol FA-101
firewire audio breakout box. Freebob 0.9 depends on raw1394 1.21 among
other things, but refuses to ./configure because no matter what I
install the script insists raw1394 1.20 is installed and refuses
compilation.

Is there any dynebolic specific knowledge about firewire devices
available that could help me?
