Thankyou for your helpful post...I have a nice Supra usb modem, works
fine with distros that have (or make when detecting modem properly?)
/dev/ttyACM0, or
/dev/usb/ttyACM0...Mepis Knoppix Suse work, Mandriva I got working after
a long
google session, Fedora5 works, but wanting root password, and I got it
working once
with wvdial after medium google session, but lost my notes...back to work!!!
