Update+upgrade is done twice.

- Update+upgrade one last time on Daedelus
- Then install usrmerge
- Then change /etc/apt/sources.list to point to Excalibur
- Then Update+upgrade for the first time on Excalibur
- Then dist-upgrade for the first time on Excalibur

The upgrade went smoothly for me. Of course, an upgrade isn't a real
upgrade intil QEMU breaks/changes something. I ran into a couple of
issues and spent some tome "asking Mr Google" for fixes.
