Thank you!!! Your answer indirectly led me to the solution.

aptirude mentioned versions 147 and 150 (latest). I couldn't figure
out aptitude when dealing with 3 packages simultaneously (chromium,
chromium-common, and chromium-sandbox). I uninstalled chromium and went
to https://pkginfo.devuan.org/cgi-bin/policy-query.html and downloaded
the 3 daedalus v147 deb files. Then I ran...

apt install ./*.deb

Chromium is back and working!!! To play safe, I...

[dev2][root][~] apt-mark hold chromium
chromium set on hold.
[dev2][root][~] apt-mark hold chromium-common
chromium-common set on hold.
[dev2][root][~] apt-mark hold chromium-sandbox
chromium-sandbox set on hold.

I also ssh'd into the other machine and marked the 3 packages hold.
