I have a "hot backup" machine, which I am *NOT* updating now. It
lets me keep my Reddit streak alive, plus a bunch of Youtube-bingeing.
My options...

Plan A) Is there a way to roll back to the previous versions of
chrome/chromium and pin them?

Plan B) If I rename .config/chromium then chrome starts up OK, but
without my multiple profiles. I could re-construct my multiple profiles
"the hard way" by exporting bookmarks and manually copying the rest from
my hot backup.
