I apologize for the late replies, although I subscribed to this mailing
list it appears that something went wrong and I don't get replies.  I
subscribed again, maybe the second effort will be successful.  I will
separate issues (good point - should have considered that).  The reason
I use OpenOffice is that I started with it at 1.0 and have worked my way
through the releases, it's what I'm familiar with.  And, yes, I'm
painfully aware that it's practically unsupported.  Early LibreOffice
had an issue or regression, new releases would break existing features
after a couple of these I decided to just stay with OpenOffice.  Does it
still have that issue?  If not then I guess I'll have to accept the
learning curve of different menus.
