Why not putting a complete desktop environment into Systemd?

Oh and then merge the Linux kernel together with Systemd.

Why not just one large big binary blob with everything included?

Oh and for sure we need: "A new tmpfiles.d/root.conf for ensuring that
root directory permissions get set to 0555". Cause why not? I am changing
the permissions of "/" everyday.

And not really surprising anymore. It has been a pattern. But it got
worse, if you ask me. A lot worse.

Someone even proposed a patch for the Linux kernel to automatically mount
partitions with certain UUIDs. Cause why not? Why not stuff everything we
do not need into Linux and then what?

Irony and sarcasm in here? No way.

I do not even want to review their justifications anymore.

It is a whole lot of total and utter crap.
