When one of my banks switched to mandating their app, I called them up
(which is a pain, I hate phones and I hate talking to banks, the utter
tedium of it all is not fun) and pointed out that I simply do not own
a mobile phone, and they were able to switch to a different way of
doing things. Not TOTPs which would be my preference, but at least
something that didn't require a phone.
Give your bank a try, they might have an alternative.
