Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Switching from sysv-rc to openrc
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I installed Devuan with sysvinit. I also installed syslog-ng-core to replace rsyslog.
syslog-ng was starting up successfully and logging to /var/log/syslog.
Later I switched to openrc with `apt install openrc` and rebooted.
* What was the outcome of this action?
syslog-ng service no longer starts up under openrc.
I can see syslog-ng in the output of `rc-service --list`
and `rc-update show default`.
I can't see syslog-ng in the output of `rc-status --all` but it
does appear in the output of `service --status-all`.
I can start the service manually with `rc-service syslog-ng start`
but then it still doesn't show in the output of `rc-status --all`.
After reboot the syslog-ng service will be stopped again.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected syslog-ng to start on system startup as it did when
running sysv-rc.
