I've been aat one crowded public beach in Vancouver
(this was in the 1960's) where they
did not even have doors closing off the toilet.
no privacy at all, and it was a crowded public beach
I was told there were too many addicts shooting up
on the toilets when they still had doors on them so
the city removed the doors.
