Thank you both. I'll do that, then.

Appreciate the help! I'll continue evaluating (and, mostly, looking
into how I'll rework my existing systemd services to run on a
different init system, for which I'll be looking into all three
supported options), and will migrate once I get some of that precious
stuff called "Spare Time"...
