On Excalibur, on a new Geekcom NUC, I'm trying to install gcc as I did on Beowulf, but the linux-headers are not retrieving. (I've not separately listed the defaulted sources.list (excalibur main ; excalibur-updates main ; excalibur-securit main) as the accessed repository is explicit in each get, below.

So, we have gcc-14, but theheaders fetch still reports failing.

Should I start again, with a different process?
