A default new install of excaibur brought in one of the P* sound
setups. I think that actually came from xfce based on comments in the
list in another message.

Totally blown away anc alsa sounds setup and working fine, except for
firefox-esr = no sound.

A couple of messages on the list suggested installing pulse, but that
didn't provide sound in ff. So I'm looking for other ideas. TIA.
