I don't know enough about video cards to recommend one but have two
related suggestions.
(1) Is there a reliable computer service shop in your locale? In this
neck of the woods, Vancouver, I've dealt with PC Galore for decades.
They have a large stock of salvaged material, fair prices and
extensive troubleshooting expertise. I'd expect them to supply a
card allowing your computer to work.

(2) Some communities and cities have user groups which meet live. Also
some communities have "repair cafes". Can you take the computer to
such event where people have troubleshooting skills to help? Someone
might even have a stash of cards which can be tested.
