Seems so.

Are you convinced the storage device isn't faulty? Tried the one ISO
on more than one storage device?

Have you verified the checksum of the ISO file? Retrieve the checksum
text file from the server where the ISO file is. Calculate the
checksum for your local ISO file. The two numbers should match.
