As a learning and troubleshooting exercise I suggest this.

1. Open https://easyos.org and poke around a little to be oriented.

2. Not far down the page is heading "Installation tutorials". Read
some or all in that section according to interest.

3. If not put off by 1. and 2. find a USB storage device containing no
important information. It can be a USB flash drive, a SD card in a USB
adapter, a HDD with USB adapter or etc. Here a little over 6 GB is
occupied. 8 GB capacity should work. 16 GB will be plenty. Recently
in the UBC Bookstore the smallest Kingston USB was 32 GB, about 16 $CA;
but a new device isn't necessary. Many of us have a variety of old
storage waiting for use.

4. Get the latest image file and write onto the store according to
instructions.
https://easyos.org/install/how-to-install-easyos-on-a-new-ssd.html
Incidentally, the device needn't be new but any data on it will be
lost by writing over.

5. Plug the device in a 64 bit computer and power on.

6. Follow instructions. It's really easy. I could do it. Can't be
difficult. =8~)

Regards,                       ... P.
