Lorenz,

Not that I am aware of[1].

Certainly gdm3 used to work[2], but version 49.0.1-1 started to declare 'Depends:
libnss-systemd'.

Libnss-systemd itself used to declare 'Depends: systemd' and so was indirectly
banned by amprolla in Devuan. However, to my surprise, I see:

systemd (259-1) unstable; urgency=medium

modules. Minimal container images might want the libnss modules to
resolve users, but without the IPC endpoints which will be running on
the host and which will be reachable anyway via IPC.

So, currently libnss-systemd *is* present in Devuan[3], although I doubt it will
'work': I imagine that still requires systemd IPC on the container host.
