While installing Devuan using the netinstall iso, I noticed that my mirror (gnlug.org) would partially fail to be configured (installation did continue afterwards, anyway).
I found out what is going on looking at /etc/apt/sources.list.

Expected behavior: The excalibur-security suite used the path /pub/devuan/merged, as excalibur and excalibur-updates suites do.
Actual behavior: The excalibur-security suite used the path /merged (default) instead of /pub/devuan/merged (actual mirror path).
Version: 1:0.198devuan2

Source package apt-setup (1:0.198devuan2) added to Devuan suite unstable.

This closes bug report 941.
