Dear Maintainer,

Please drop the obsolete file, debian/2775-dirs, from the Devuan
base-files source package which was dropped by Debian in version 13.8
of the package.

If the process of creating version 13.8devuan1 was a scripted one,
please consider modifying the script(s) to prevent the erroneous
reintroduction of files in the debian/ directory that have been
intentionally removed upstream.

13.6 -> 13.7
The use of debian/2775-dirs in debian/rules is dropped (see
#1039973[1]), but the debian/2775-dirs file itself was not removed from
the source package.

The obsolete file debian/2775-dirs was dropped from the Debian source
package.

13.8 -> 13.8devuan1
The debian/2775-dirs file was erroneously re-added.
