You’ll find a lot of useful information on the MythTV (https://wiki.mythtv.org/wiki/Digital_Tuner_Cards) and LinuxTV (https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Hardware_device_information) wikis - there are many devices that will work with Linux, with different pros and cons.
In my MythTV backend I’m using a TBS DVB-T2 quad tuner PCIe card - could be the TBS6285. Been rock solid and I’d have no hesitation recommending it.
In a previous backend, I used a couple of Hauppauge PCI cards - they were older and only DVB (not T2).

In principle, it’s a matter of pick your card, pick your software, off you go. I can’t really comment on software as I’ve only ever used mine with MythTV - which would be overkill if all you are interested in is live radio. It’s not so much “what software will work with a particular card” - as long as the card comes with the right drivers to present using the standard APIs, then any software using those APIs will work with it.
