RTLSDR would fit the bill for "USB Receiver". You have to use something
like SDR++ (and probably with a DAB plugin to get the digital broadcast)
to use it, rather than VLC, which has its quirks; but its more a
case of needing to ignore a lot of stuff, because it can listen to
"anything".
Admittedly, I use it to mainly listen to standard analog AM/FM
broadcasts, as well as play about jumping around various ham radio bands
just to see what's out there (surprisingly, it will receive quite a bit)
During the quick websearch, also came across "wellie.io" which says
it'll do DAB/DAB+ with an RTLSDR (but haven't tried it or anything).
