I need a radio or TV card for my desktop.

After too much moving house, I'm finally in a place where I can stay for
good. The problem though is the crap Internet. A greedy monopoly is
preventing me from using FTTP, so I'm stuck with 4G in a blackspot.

I like to listen to music all day when at home, including when I sleep.
Chill music like Soma FM's Groove Salad, and SBS Chill here in Australia.

With this crap Internet I can hear a few seconds of music streaming
before it stops to download the next few seconds. So no music streaming
for me.

SBS is a local TV / radio network, they have a station called SBS Chill,
it broadcasts free to air on DAB+ radio and DVB-T TV, as well as
streaming. TV might be preferable, but perhaps I can get both DAB+ and
DVB-T?

Hopefully I can receive these in this blackspot.

So I'm looking for a PCIe 4.0 x16 card or USB based DAB+ / DVB-T device
that'll work fine under Devuan using VLC.

Anyone had any experience with this stuff?
