If you are signed into git.devuan.org, and have configured an email
address in the 'settings' area, then you should be emailed whenever
someone creates an 'issue' in one of your repos.

You can also configure whether the email address you configure is public
or private.

Feel free to let me know if you need someone to test this at some point.
