I'm running mutt in the text console (mutt, not neomutt) and can
display html mail by pressing v to view attachments, arrowing to the
html file, and pressing m to display it in lynx. There was, probably
still is a way to just launch lynx automatically for html messages,
but I've forgotten how that's done.
