PIX_FMT_RGB32 should be defined in something like
/usr/include/libavutil/pixfmt.h . Can you check what's there?
Which version of ffmpeg are you using?
Attaching "config.log" and adding the compiler command line which causes
the error can help (use "make V=1" to turn off silent rules).
