listening is the basic and, IMHO, the most important step for a radio
amateur. I don't like contests or diplomas; in about 3 years I have only 30
or 40 QSO in my log. I like to talk to people! :) but I also like to
listen. I have a fantastic vintage YAESU FRG-7, a CHEAP and PROFESSIONAL
Shortwave radio receiver, is really a greay radio, with a great sound and
all analogic controls :)
