Looks like the 'Hadopi' law in France - with the proviso that it is
already in force (In the French national budget for 2010, Culture will get
2,3% more dosh, and then, offhand, the newsreader tells us part of it will
go towards implementation of the Hadopi law... Long Live da Culture!)
