Have you tried to boot a linux live distribution (Dynabolic
http://dynebolic.org/ or Ubuntu
http://www.ubuntu.it/) on the PC with
the D-Vision RT4 board?
Does it compare in the device list (/dev/video0 /dev/video1
/dev/video2 /dev/video3) or ... can you see the board in the output of
the command lspci ?
In case you have /dev/video..... that could be a good news ...... in
the other case ... you need to search for a proper device driver :D

Prova a lanciare una distribuzione linux in modalita' LIVE sul
computer dove hai la scheda D-Vision. La distribuzione LIVE girera' in
ram e non tocchera' i tuoi HD quindi niente problemi per eventuali
sistemi operativi preistallati.
Ora lancia il terminale e fai CD /dev/
e dai il comando ls /video* dovresti vedere tutti i device video
(sotto linux tutto e' un file, anche i device hardware) e quindi anche
la tua scheda.
Se non la vedi lancia il comando lspci che lista tutti i device PCI
.... ma in questo caso, se c'e' qui e non in /dev/ .... mancano i
DRIVERS :( e qui' il problema e' serio .... prova a sentire il
produttore della scheda o gironzola per la rete e vedi cosa trovi :D
