[FreeJ] need some help.

Hallo.
Sorry for my bad english I'm italian.
I'm a novice in video manipulation and streaming.
Time ago I've experienced with red5 streaming server and flv files.
My boss want to stream some videos about conferences in real time.
We have a computer with a D-Vision RT4 25 f/sec card and 4 cams, not webcams.
Do you think freeJ is suitable to do the job?
Can I have some help to start?
