Hey Jaromil

I haven't heard about that specific one. mec.gov.br is
the brasilian ministry of education, one of the richer
ministries (and afaik one of those with more resistance
to free / open software). I have only found some references
to the ministry buying 90,000 computers 'compatible with
debian'. Where did you get that link?
