[MuSE] MuSE 0.9.2 not seeing Lame

I'm trying to get Lame working with Muse-Streamer v0.9.2, but the Lame tab
is not appearing in the Add Server/Encoder window. I have Lame installed,
and lame-dev:

in /usr/lib:
libmp3lame.la
libmp3lame.so
libmp3lame.so.0
libmp3lame.so.0.0.0
libmp3lame.a
libtwolame.la

in /usr/include/lame:
lame.h

Lame is being used by at least a dozen other apps with no trouble, so I'm
not sure what else I need to do to get Muse to see it. I'm using Ubuntu
Feisty 7.0.4 on an AMD Athlon XP 2800+, using Gnome if that makes any
difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
