Hi,

Jim Kosem and Jon Ardern have been brainstorming about some ideas as
how to incorprate the ideas that came out of the seminar in Cambridge
a month or so ago. What they have come up with " instead of the
laptop case repacking and reconfiguring would be a small USB flash
based media device and the manufacturing and revenue models that
develop because of it. What we're sending is pretty rough, but we
we're very keen on getting the conversation started and getting this
going."

They have also started an online project with this in GoPlan (http://
goplan.info/) which they use for other collaborative projects.
