[MuSE] Default reconnection time

Hello,

I use Muse to duplicate a stream into different bitrates, but I have a
little problem. Sometimes, the source stream is unavailable for a few
seconds. Muse then stops sending audio to the server, which is okay so far.
But then it waits 600 seconds before attempting again to stream. I would
like to know if there is a way to change this default value to a smaller
one.
